South Kilburn on site

Pace is gathering on site as all four building frames are now under construction at South Kilburn Estate Regeneration: Phase 2A for London Borough of Brent.

The scheme creates a new residential quarter of mansion terraces and point blocks framing private communal gardens, with a new civic square and pedestrian boulevard at Kilburn Park Road to help strengthen the neighbourhood’s connections to the wider community.
