Sergey Kudryashev joined ABA in 2010 having graduated with First Class Honours from the Architectural Association. He completed his last 2 years of studies in the Housing and Urbanism Unit led by Alison Brooks. While studying at the AA, Sergey worked as a Digital Lab tutor and Model Shop technician, and assisted in Summer Schools and Construction Workshops in Ghana, Japan and the UK. His work has been presented to the President of Azerbaijan and exhibited at the V&A Museum of Childhood, London.
Before joining ABA, Sergey worked at JP Architects, Moscow and Fletcher Priest Architects in London, where he completed several private housing projects and a contributed to a number of competition winning schemes. The most notable of these was the Riga City Centre Redevelopment, which led to the establishment of the FPA Latvian Office.
He worked on Exeter College Cohen Quad in Oxford, from the initial competition in 2011, through planning and into tendering and construction in 2014. Since joining ABA, Sergey has also been involved in a wide selection of projects at various RIBA Stages including: East Wick and Sweetwater Olympic Legacy Masterplan; Barton Park Masterplan, Oxford; North West Cambridge Masterplan – Lots M1, M2 and S3; South Acton Regeneration; South Kilburn Regeneration; Dollis Valley Regeneration.
